► Sauna: Add 5-10 drops of lemon balm essential oil or its mixture with other oils to a container with a little hot water and place it on the upper rack of the steam room.
► Aromatization of the room: add 4-5 drops of lemon balm oil or its mixture with other oils to the aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The best essential oils for an aroma lamp will fill the room with aroma. If an aroma lamp is not available, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on a radiator. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
